Lesson learnt the hard way
I'm supposed to be sitting for my exams.I foolishly postponed paying my school fees balance of 1211( this number will traumatize me for life jeez!!!)till the day of the exam because anyway no one has ever failed to do exams , you just don't get your results.Now yesterday, as I was starting my final year exams, nilitolewa, paid immediately but imekataa kureflect kwa portal, meaning I won't appear in the exam list and I will not sit for the exam in that order. Systems are down because the rest of my last minute gang, for various reasons are all paying school fees at the same time juu shule wameamua kuwako moto .I'm revising for my paper and I'm not sure if I'll miss that one again.Now my fees is cleared in the bank and physical clearance by the finance office but the school system is saying otherwise.If we were still depending on the manual system,I'd be eligible to sit for the exam, but now that we are pretending to be digital ( makosa bado ni yangu but heh) , I might not sit for the exam.Several of us missed the exam because the fees didn't reflect in the portal. Now , the consequences are, for every exam I miss, I will be deregistered, then I appeal against deregistration, then now apply for special.I am going through this because my stupid self failed to pay a balance of 1211 .All this is supposed to have been done by August ndio ni graduate .I am to blame but the systems are also to blame .I have l learnt my lesson the hardest and most painful way. I will do everything on time in future because I'd easily avoid this. Na Kuna kazi huko nje kweli?😂
