Job recruitment becomes nonsense
I have been jobless from October 2025. Since then I have sent 1000s of applications. I am from a non IT background. I am an academic professional with 17 years of experience. There was no response from many applications. Some of them sent rejection mails with creative wordings and some go beyond that and send mails with job postings in their company matching with my resume and only to reject after I apply for them. Some of them sent rejection mails stating that they will keep my resume and consider for matching position, only to not done that at any point of time.
All these kept aside there are another type where they call me ask me all my details again after seeing my resume and explains me the company policies, job description and salary particulars and tell me that they will call soon for an interview, only for not responding anymore.
Now coming to few interviews I attended, this is another story altogether. Attending different rounds, attempting tests, assignments, ai interviews, video recordings, at the end, either they say, my experience is not aligned with job description or I don’t have relevant experience or my experience is too much for them or even not responding after a month.
All I have learnt after this was, I felt, companies are just posting jobs without requirement or they just managing with existing people and showcasing that they are recruiting people to gain funds.
I am now near to the last share of my funds. It may last for about another 2-3 months and I don’t know how to survive after that. Already in financial crisis, experiencing debts.
