Hey guys, I had two flights with spirit, I only received one refund for one ticket only, I havent received the other one yer, and its may 14 already, should I do smt different? there is now way to comunicate with somebody of spirit, is somebody else in my situation?

Hi guys, I have traveled multiple times already like this 0 problems, just wanna hear more stories recently if u guys have had any issue, this time im returning with JetBlue, but wanted to hear recent stories if u guys have any problem coming back or no. My last trip was 3 months ago 0 issues, just making sure what others have experienced I would appreciate it.
