Hulk Tips (I want a new main)

hey everyone, i just finished black panther champion and I want another main, so I think hulk would be cool considering his teamup saved my ass alot

Any tips for a new hulk? Im level 13, and i specifically dont know how:

- To get value (i always have no stats on the leaderboard)

-When to engage (enter battle, exit battle)

-Gameplay in general

- How to use monster hulk (because i always end up spamming buttons and get like 0 kills)

ok so for context; i used to play bp a lot in season 1.5/2 because i like how he plays a lot; around the time positioning and whatnot did not matter as much in quick play, so i would just play normally and do pretty good

however, its season 7 now, and i have 60 hours with bp and I suck no matter what i do. i can do the combos (spear spear dash dash, spear dash spear dash kick, spear dash kick dash spear dash), but everytime i play i usually die due to little to no positioning.

And everytime I TRY to position myself, I get found and killed instantly. Even if I somehow find a spot, I take so long that my team dies and I somehow get found and also die. I know high ground is important, but i cant even find it on most maps, and i die trying to find it. As well, when I hide behind a wall, i either can barely see anything, or im found and usually killed.

How exactly do I position myself? I know I should know this by now but I cant really find any clear answers
