1,000 USDT Sent to Old Binance Address – Already Swept to Binance-Hot 7 but Not Credited! Help!
I accidentally withdrew 1,000 USDT (TRC-20) from Kraken to my friend's old Binance deposit address
His Binance account had a TSS address update notice. Looking at Tronscan, the transfer was successful, and Binance's system immediately did an auto-sweep, moving the funds into the official Binance-Hot 7 wallet.
Since Binance clearly holds the funds in their hot wallet, how long does it usually take for their support to process a "Deposit Not Credited" recovery appeal for TSS-updated addresses? Anyone had a similar experience?
