Hello All, I will be flying into Burlington then driving to Norwich for a course at King Arthur Baking. I will have free mornings to explore a bit before classes begin at noon and would appreciate any recommendations. A little exploring, a little shopping, a bit of eating of course. Bonus points for the best breakfast spots, from fine dining to local greasy spoon. For the evenings I'm considering a visit to Simon Pearce in Quechee, Dan & Whit's for some local goods and a trip over to see the Dartmouth campus, go over my class notes and live out a little Ivy League fantasy. I will be staying in White River Junction and have a car all week.
