So... we run our film festival through FilmFreeway. And, as many of you likely know, you have to grant permission for festivals to download your film. However, for the first time ever, we have two people who have not given permission.

I have tried emailing them, sending messages through FilmFreeway, reaching out to at least one of them through Instagram. No response.

I'm at the point that if I don't get permission by end of week, they'll have to be dropped. Has anyone ever encountered this kind of issue? I feel bad, but I don't know what more I can do for these filmmakers.

Anyone else having this kind of issue at all? I'm trying to download the films from the site for our film festival and normally it takes me only a few minutes to download something that 5-6GBs. But, from FF, it's taking me forever. Plus, the downloads keep stopping and I have to restart.

I'm not having this issue anywhere else, so it's not my internet. Just curious if this is something other people have experienced at all.

UPDATE: For example, I am presently downloading something that 6.3GB. It's estimated to take more than 5 hours, and I've already had to restart the download once.
