I’ve been wanting to pick up a hobby again because lately my routine has just been work, chores, and scrolling on my phone before bed. The problem is every hobby I try ends up feeling like another thing I have to keep up with.

My schedule is pretty busy and inconsistent, so I’m looking for something low pressure that’s easy to stick with even when life gets hectic. I’ve tried gaming, reading, and working out, but I always fall out of the habit eventually.

For people with busy schedules, what hobby has actually been easy for you to stay consistent with?
