Seronegative but biopsy positive?
I have all the symptoms of Sjogrens but rheumatology tests were negative. I had a great rheumatologist and we agreed that I should go to an endocrinologist next for my fatigue symptoms. But she did mention if endocrinologist led nowhere we could do a lip biopsy to confirm diagnosis. Has anyone had the lip biopsy?
