We are hiring experienced Filipino chatters who can follow systems, convert subs into spenders and milk whales consistently. Training is provided, but you must prove you can perform at a high level.
Responsibilities
• Chat with fans (GFE, upsells, long-term retention)
• Follow scripts and sales frameworks
• Convert cold subs into buyers and escalate high-value clients
• Maintain KPIs and follow instructions accurately
Pay
• $2/hr (8h/day, 6 days/week)
• 4% net commission
• Weekly USDT payouts
• Growth opportunities for top performers
Requirements
• C1 English
• OF/Fanvue chatting experience preferred
• Ability to roleplay naturally and drive sales
• Strong understanding of male psychology and upsells
• Laptop + stable internet
• Reliable, coachable, performance-driven
