Anybody dealt with this?

We are currently on the way to the vet now for a drop off (no appointments available) and are doing what we can as pig parents to help her ASAP.

So, here is a backstory as the lady drives. we have had issues with gas build up in her belly, she’s gotten X-Rays done and everything, been on meds, and the vet believes it correlates with her breathing issues she’s dealt with for over a year now. Other vet wasn’t worried about the nose issues as her breathing and lungs were acting as normal, but this was way before the gas issues ever even started. Clearly something is bothering her belly, either she’s struggling to poop, too much gas, etc.. We have given her critical care, less veggies (don’t really ever give them gassy veggies ever), meds, and trying little ways to help her.

Anybody have any ideas as we try and have the vet help her? We are seriously concerned as what she’s doing in the video is new and we immediately stopped what we were doing and taking action.
