Is the USA actually dangerous or am I just living in a bubble?
I’ve lived in places like Fort Lee, New Jersey and Fullerton, California. In those areas I’ve never seen any crime or heard about anyone kill there (maybe some accident news). Because of this, I’ve always felt like the USA is a safe country.
But on the internet, people constantly say the US is super dangerous due to gun violence, political difference and more. When I told the internet about my experience, they said I’m just being brainwashed, not acknowledging and ignoring the true facts.
Is this true? Am I really bias about it?
