Can I save this oak from these shooters?
I found this oak under a huge spruce tree I have at my home. I wanted to dig up a ball and try to relocate the oak, but the spruce had a giant root blocking it, and I wound up breaking the stump. I shoved it in a mix of the earth it was in with some potting soil, but I don’t think it’s going to make it. It looks wilted and dying now☹️
Is there anything I can do to possibly save it?
