Eastern Europe Interrail in September
Im planning a Interrail Trip to Eastern Europe with my Girlfriend. We both have Global Passes (10 Days). Because of University, we only can go September until early October.
This is the route i came up with. We want to start in Leipzig because we will be visiting a friend there.
First we want to visit some polish Cities, because i heard they are really cool for young People and more afforadble (Gdansk, Warsaw, Krakow -> round about 3 Days each)
Then our plan was to get to Bratislava to rent a car and drive from east to west, sleeping in the car and visiting all the castles and do hiking in the Tatras, maybe visit Kosice. (we planned round about a week for that)
Back at Bratislava we want to travel to Budapest for a Weekend enjoying the Nightlife.
After that, we wanted to stop at Ljubljana because i heard its a cute city, before we go to the Triglav National Park for some more hiking and visiting Lake Bled. (could be a little cold and wet tho) (≈5-7 days for Slovenia)
Our last stop would be Graz, again visiting a friend.
I tried to cram Romania (Siebenbürgen/Carpathians) in there but im not sure if we have the time.
Do you have any tips for the Destinations (erg. Things to do, Bars, Cafés, Mountain Huts, Hostelse etc.)
Im more than open for advice, route changes etc.
