I consistently see him ranked as worst between Ouhon and Shin but personally I think he’s second or maybe first… I mean his strategic ability and intelligence is way ahead of Ouhon and Shin… I’d say their difference intellect is bigger than the gap between their combat abilities Mouten was the first to be promoted to general, however I must say his army isn’t exceptional in any way his strategy usually carries his army
