Fighting my natural shape or embrace it?

Im 36 5’3 128lbs, been this weight for ages, I’ve always exercised but been trying to body recomp seriously for the last 6m. Ive been so consistent but feel like im not seeing any results at all! I follow team Ascend on Ladder and do 2x upper 2x lower workouts a week, sometimes subbing in extra glute exercises as I’m desperately trying to build a booty and a less boxy figure. I naturally have really high hips (the top of my hip bones are just below the waist band of my leggings!), broad ribs and a long flat butt and I just don’t feel like I’m making any progress in growing any sort of booty whatsoever or getting any definition in my waist. What else can I try?? Has anyone managed to go from a boxy figure like mine to more hourglass by building muscle? Or am I wasting my time?

I also walk 10-15k steps a day and have a semi-active job. I eat ~2000cals/day min 100g protein and a high fibre vegetarian diet. I eat mostly whole foods but do have one cider or glass of wine 3-4x a week. It is literally one though so I’m surprised if cutting it out will make much difference but I’m willing to give it a go?
