I bought an fx30 hoping that my YouTube content would stand out. Also, I needed a zoom which my pocket 3 can’t achieve. I bought a sigma 18-50 f1.8 and the Sony 16-300 f3.5-6.7.
I’ve been trying to use this camera a lot, but find it to be quite clunky to change exposure on the fly. I’m shooting full manual, 4k 24 fps, 1/48 shutter, wide open aperture with a variable ND, and auto ISO. Also find that the dynamic range is not that impressive. I’m not shooting LOG, because I don’t want spend a ton of time color correcting in post. I’m a bit disappointed that I can shoot the same scene with my iPhone and it looks amazing. Don’t beat me up. I think I just need some encouragement, and perhaps some advice. I’m shooting mostly outdoor content.

I get that this is not a fast lens, but it seems like it would be great for outdoor video content. Anyone happily using it?
