I typically spend on a 30 day month:
£1.50 a day on protein, supplements, oat milk.
£3.75 a day on 300g of Chicken and Pork Fillet
And about £60 over 30 days for fresh fruit and vegetables and salad every few days. Totalling £217.50.

This gives me macros as attached in pic 2.

What about you?

I lived in this shirt for far too long as it was the only one that fit me, I’ve finally bought some new clothes.

I have enjoyed cooking and making my protein goals without hesitation and staying at a great calorie count. And I’m finally feeling full.

I stopped drinking coffee from last Wednesday, I had been getting severe diarrhoea almost daily. I hadn’t had the runs at all since Wednesday, so yesterday did an “experiment” Ie. I caved had mildest least acidic coffee in the shop as a latte (Usually drink black Americanos) but thought latte would be better in stomach (I drink oat) all night stomach churning, this morning for an hour explosive diarrhoea is back 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

I bought some new clothes for the first time as my clothes were hanging off me, turns out I’ve gone from:

66 waist > 54

8XL Shirts > 4XL

I can’t wait to see my progress later, I want to try and get to low 40s and XL, but I probably won’t buy new clothes again till then 😂😂😂

But I’m buzzing to see my progress, how did my clothes stay on me.
