web verification failure
Office can’t verify Medicare insurance!?
My brand new provider’s office couldn’t schedule my Welcome to Medicare (as new patient) appointment because the website they use for insurance verification isn’t working for Medicare patients.
They don’t know why.
It’s been a full week. They act clueless.
Can’t they go straight to the Medicare website to verify this? If so, do you have a link I can send them?
Anyone else experiencing this?
Is this a Red flag for this provider?
