Rare Placements?

I’ve heard that I have a few rare and significant elements to my chart but as a novice I wanted to ask some folks who know. Specifically looking at my Vesta sun/ Vesta mercury conjunctions and a possible Yod/hand of god? Are they actually rare? Are they actually present? Are they actually significant?Is there anything I’m missing?
