How do you find a relaible supplier these days?
Hey everyone, I’m currently in the process of finding a reliable supplier for my new store and could use some advice from those who have been there.
I know that Alibaba is the go-to platform for most people and has the largest selection, so I am definitely planning to use it as my primary source. However, I want to make sure I’m not putting all my eggs in one basket.
I’ve also been looking into CJdropshipping for their faster shipping options and AliExpress for ease of use with product testing.
For those who use Alibaba as a main source, do you use a second platform as a backup? I'm trying to figure out the best combo to balance cost, shipping speed, and reliability.
Any tips on how to effectively manage multiple suppliers would be greatly appreciated!
