Looking for some feedback from others on the current real estate commission structure in Calgary / Alberta. I had a realtor come by and he said 6% for $100k and 3% for everything over. home value at $900k. anyone else have some insight or potentially some rock bottom commission rates they have seen over the past 6 months? thanks in advance!
