So I get my period like twice a year the last time was about 6 months ago. I started taking Ovasitol as it was finally able to ship to my country and completed the 3 months. Stopped taking it for a week cause I was on holidays and ran out and then got my period. I haven't felt or seen any improvements since been on it and unsure if I should bother spending the money. My period is also normally always comes when I have a holiday.

I have also lost around 15kg in the last yr and improved my diet a heap and exercise 4 days a week but the internals still don't want to work properly.

Just wanting to rant.
