I’ve just had our roof converted from tile to Colorbond. We’re yet to make the final payment, but before doing so I wanted to get up on the roof and check that everything had been completed to a good standard.

I’ve noticed quite a few gaps around the roof where it looks like water could potentially get in.

Is this something I should be asking the roofer to rectify, and if so, is it generally a significant amount of work to fix?

I’d appreciate any advice on what I should be looking for before making the final payment.
