What could I improve here and what prototype LMG should I look out for maximum DPS? Like what type of LMG is strong? MG5 or Sleipnir? I’m not sure

New Event buffs?

So the new event with extra reload speed and other buffs- is it just there? So doesn’t matter if other global events are active, you don’t have to activate it, the buffs just apply passively or how does it work?
