Advice

I had hormone levels checked after not having a period since about November. I have spotted once but these were my lab:
TSH: 0.907 ulu/ml
Total Testosterone: 35.1 ng/dl
Estradiol: 46 pg/ml
FSH: 6.1 mlU/ml
Prolactin: 4.8 ng/ml
LH: 3.6 mlU/‘ml
DEHA Sulfate: 147 mcg/dl
Still no period. Any tips? What am I doing wrong?

Hi everyone. I dealt with an ED for a very long time and even at my lowest weight (94 lbs) I still had a cycle. I got in the gym, started lifting and gained over 10 lbs and lost my period. I upped my intake by 250 calories a day and got it back but then lost it again the following month and it never returned. I’ve since gained an additional 10 lbs I’m now 116.3 lbs and still no period. I do not know what to do. I went to a doctor who told me she wasn’t concerned about fixing it until I was ready to have children. I had a body scan which broke down my body fat, lean mass and fat mass and I’m all within a healthy category so I don’t know what to do. Do I increase my calories again despite the fact I’m gaining on what I eat now? I lift 4-5x a week and aim for 10,000 steps on those days.
