help my little bro (B.Sc Eco) land some internship

My little bro is in his 2nd year of clg, he is pursuing B Sc Economics Hons., the program has a manadatory requirement to complete a summer internship, but he's trying to make light of it through some shady fake offers and certificates, sayinig I wont get paid and this course doesn't land any paid internships, but I want to prove him wrong and put him on to a right path, if anybody is hiring interns (he can either be a data analyst or whatever eco people do), it would really help him understand how real life corporate moves (he has always been careless since he's the little bro and it would be a life lesson for him). So if anybody knows about any such roles or recruiter, please help me connect him with them

An adaptive memory layer designed for Coding Agents

I am 22M, Junior AI Dev, while working with claude code and other similar coding agents, I faced this issue of forgotten context and re-introduction of previously resolved bugs, apart from these, each new session consumed a lot (like literally more than half the contex window of 1 million), to just understand the project again and again, so instead I thought of building a memory layer using knowledge graphs and vectorDB hybrids (like mem0, etc), but testing them revealed that they dont capture what needs to captured in a codebase, eg, dependencies, test cases attached, hierachies between modules and imports, thus I began developing a new hierachical indexing method with flash summaries at each node (to save context), and one of my friends also suggested adding a memory transfer/sharing like git or synced with git, to share memories with others or store them on cloud. So I was wondering if this could become a big thing, did some research and got more confused, also since I have a fulltime role, I need to know if I am not just wasting my time and also if I could get some investment from a VC to quit my job and work on this. So roast me ....
