50k in line of credit and 30k in credit card debt. My monthly payments are around 1.2k, these are just minimum payments. Credit rating at 605.

I’m good with my budget now. I just made a lot of mistakes along the way.

I make 37k net per year, and can’t really make more.

I’m ok with bankruptcy and customer proposal.

But do I really have to pay this back? I’ve made minimum payments for years.

What are my angles?
