I am a 26F teacher looking for someone else to join my lease with me!
The apartment is located right on the green line (comm ave) in Brighton in a quiet neighborhood. 3-5 minute walking distance to several bars, grocery stores, and the T/bus stop. With rent split between us, each person would pay $1,350 (electric & gas not included). I've already fully furnished the living room & have appliances in the kitchen. I also have a cat who is incredibly friendly and loves attention! The bedroom will be entirely cleaned/empty for a Sep. 1st move-in (at the latest - earlier may be possible based on your schedule). Bedroom has sun-facing windows, two closets & hardwood floors. Laundry units are located in the basement.
