How crucial/mandatory is "Cessione Fabbricato" for Nulla Osta for Family Reunion, if we already have a long term lease deed?
We both are Non EU Citizens, one of the Spouse has already moved to Italy, and we have gathered all the other necessary documentation. For instance, we have these :
Ricevuta for PdS
Codice Fiscale
CIE
Iddoneita (Housing Suitability Certificate)
Long Term Rental lease
Residenza
Legalized translated and apostilled marriage certificate
Busta Paga
Modulo S2
Modulo S3
UNILAV
All other personal documents and ID card scans.
Now, there is a field on ALI Portal asking for Cessione Fabbricato to be uploaded. CAF In Turin tells this is not relevant when a registered lease is already there in the name of both the married partners (With one in Italy being Primary lease holder)
Can anyone give more clarity on requirement of Cessione Fabbricato in particular? Is it really mandatory despite everything else being in check and ready?
It has been more than a month and Landlord did not submit it to Questura, as his Patronato did not suggested any such step.
