Hi Everyone,

I currently run a Holiday Homes business in Dubai, and we manage a good number of Airbnb properties successfully. As part of our business expansion, I am now exploring opportunities to start an Airbnb business in Gatlinburg, Tennessee and would really appreciate advice from experienced hosts or property owners in the area.

We are considering two business models:

1. Managing properties on behalf of owners
2. Leasing properties ourselves and operating them as Airbnb rentals

If there are any active Airbnb professionals currently working with either model in Gatlinburg, your guidance and experience would be extremely valuable.

I would also appreciate feedback from property owners regarding:

• Current market conditions
• Demand and occupancy trends
• Competition in the area
• Whether there is still room for a new management company to enter the market
