Wife gave me the green light for a small desktop shrimp tank. I want to try keeping CRS again, and thinking of using distilled water + stratum in a 3gal or so cube. I have seachen equilibrium if needed, or may just mix my bigger tank water to add in minerals or something.

Cycling won’t be an issue as I have an established tank already, and I did manage to keep CRS before in soft water tank until a tragedy struck. I did have no luck breeding them however.

Any similar advice with this method? No RO water and starting off for a few jugs of distilled is fine
