Unexpectedly got the editor proof when I ordered this book. I haven't read it comparatively with the regular first edition, but I wonder what changes were made? Anyone read this version? I loved both of these stories but it seems to be somewhat obscure.

I've included pics: 1) the hardcover, no dust jacket, and 2) the pub details and title page. The blue boards don't look old enough to me for it to be the real deal, but I'm not sure. Any observations, please and thanks?

How's this Hieronymous Bosch-esque nightmare of a cover? This book is amongst my favourites in my whole collection.
