What was on the land that Starshine Ranch occupies now before 2020?

I know that it used to be a forested area with nothing much, but I couldn't find any pictures or videos and I'd like to see it, out of curiosity. If anyone has any old pics or videos of that part of Firgrove, I'd love it if you could share them in the comments😊
