First fish on a self tied fly, was a little brookie which was my first time ever seeing one in person...I live in Northern California in the Sacramento Valley, so this was extra cool!!

Thought I'd get some feedback on this first pattern I've attempted. I would also like to know if there are some other color variations any of you tie? Im a trout and steelhead guy in Northern California if that helps.
