Hello, I've had this fish for probably a month now and hes always had a slight wonk on his side but was always swimming fine so figured he was just deformed.

I went away for a week and came back and today noticed hes swimming upside down and struggling to move around.

I'm not sure what this is, all of my other tetras are fine so I don't think it's spreadable.

Does anyone have any idea if this is dropsy or bloat or something else?
