Where are the actual communication channels for Cardano?
I've been actively trying to find ways I can contribute to the growth of this ecosystem and have provided multiple specific suggestions on reddit. I've been extremely disappointed in the complete lack of engagement with my posts by governing entities and I'm wondering if community discussions just happen on a different platform than reddit? I've seen some videos by Charles about a discord, but I don't know that this exists yet. Where do people actually strategize?

Europe is Revamping Technical Infrastructure and Digital Identity Management. Where is Midnight/Cardano?
As I understand it the primary value prop of midnight is compliant anonymization of digital payment and identity. Philosophically Europe is vocally disaggregating from US technical infrastructure so they are seeking new solutions and is currently rolling out European digital identity. This seems like a killer use case for Midnight, and consequently Cardano, but I have not seen any mention of our ecosystem in this discussion. Is the Cardano Foundation or any of the other founding entities doing anything in this space I am not aware of? Is there a reason the community is not seeking partnerships here that I may be missing?
