Did anybody recieve the deluxe cd? I ordered it a month ago, 15 mins after it released, and ive heard nothing about getting it shipped or recieving it.

Did anybody get the small flags yet, i ordered mine with the black hoodie and i recieved the hoodie but no flag, seems weird to do 2 seperate overseas shipments for 2 pretty small items so was wondering if maybe they didnt ship yet?
