New NAS, how to properly mount to LXC

I have a new Unifi NAS, I'd like to use it as storage for my Immich LXC that was created using the Proxmox Helper Scripts.

I'm a bit lost as to how to do this, I see a lot of guides using command line and UID/GID but this is quite confusing to me. I think I have managed to successfully create shared storage to my Proxmox datacenter using an NFS folder to my NAS. I then mounted it to the correct LXC.

Now I'm lost, Immich is still showing my storage as the original container storage I gave it which is only 20GB.

How do I proceed or should I start from the beginning?

Router DNS not updating

Long story short I've migrated an old RasPi PiHole setup to my home server which is running Proxmox. I updated my router with the new DNS server address. I'm unsure if there are specific settings in Proxmox I need to adjust to get this working but so far only my PC is working semi properly with this new setup.

My phone for example, after a restart and forgetting/reconnecting to the WiFi network, shows the WiFi as still having the old DNS server address. I'm unsure how to force the WiFi connection to use the new DNS server. My router correctly shows the new address. Any advice would be very appreciated

Issues migrating PiHole

Hello,

I've had PiHole running on an old raspberry pi for years now. I am trying to migrate it to a small home server I have to free up some space in my house. I have exported and imported the teleporter into my new PiHole setup.

PiHole is now installed into a proxmox LXC with my previous settings. I've changed my routers DNS to reflect the new IP address of this LXC. I've restarted my router just to be sure as well as restarted some devices in my house. None of them are properly working with the new PiHole instance.

Another issue I am seeing is that on my phone for example, the WiFi connection is showing the old DNS server IP and I am unable to change it. Shouldn't the router update the WiFi to the new DNS server?

Any advice would be more than welcome, I'm at a bit of a loss where to go from here.

Edit: My PC which is on a wired connection is running through the PiHole and blocking successfully although it is only showing the client as my router IP.
