Im already quite skinny weighing in 125 pounds and im 5’7 but for some reason I only hold fat in my stomach. I have a naturally hourglass figure but my abdomen is fat and the sides of my stomach are fat. I’m not the best at eating a very “healthy” diet because I’m a very picky eater, I hate meat, and any type of protein even like protein powder and bars, I like vegetables and fruits tho and the main thing I eat is soup. It just feels like no matter how much weight I lose and no matter what types of exercises I do, I just always keep the weight in my stomach. If anyone could help me out with workouts or diet choices I can tolerate that would be great!
