Cleared the Amazon SDE2 (L5) -USA loop recently and got an inclined decision. Unfortunately the original role got filled, so now I’m in the team matching phase. Recruiter mentioned they’ll be pushing my profile to hiring managers internally.
Wanted to understand from others who went through this:

How long did team matching usually take for you?
What are hiring manager calls generally like?
Is there anything I can proactively do to speed up the process?
