How do companies visiting for HRM roles (mainly HRBP roles at top FMCGs like ITC, P&G, etc.) shortlist profiles?

Do they put a heavy weightage on Class X/XII grades (like MBB firms do)? Any details about the placement process for top HR and HRBP roles at XLRI/MDI-G/IIM-I/TISS/SCMHRD/etc. would be appreciated.

Asking since I have a poor Class XII score.
