Changed the battery in the key fob now the car won’t lock /unlock, do I need to visit the dealer?

Interesting phenomenon, when I fill up I’ve usually gotten between 500-520 on this weird gauge but for the last three weeks or so when I fill up I only get 460-470 this is regardless of driving style. Just an odd thing I noticed.
