Hi all,

Following the news that a certain outsourced company is getting moved over to DWP in the coming months, is there another example of how long the TUPE period lasts before DWP T&C's is offered? A friend of mine is moving from said outsourced company and has been increasingly frustrated with progression opportunities within said outsourced company, if you get offered DWP T&Cs how long before you can attempt to progress or pivot into a different field? She is a junior level dev ops engineer by trade and is too shy to post in here, any insight is appreciated. TIA
