Are these a good deal for a first time 5.1 setup?

Been lurking on here for a couple years and now I think I want to try and take the plunge into better audio.
Ive been using a pair of powered Kanto Yu speakers and an Emotiva Airmotiv SE-8 that I got during the pandemic, and they treated me well for listening to vinyl and also being a janky setup with my tv. Have to use a RCA > Optical converter to connect to my LG OLED B5 an Apple TV 3rd gen and I just know there’s gotta be a better way lol.
I know I’ll have to get an AV Receiver as well. Was originally thinking of just grabbing a WiiM Amp Ultra and some passives, although not sure what sounds good since we live in a rural town and there’s no shops near me. Are these Polk Audio speakers a good deal?
Any other gear recommendations to keep an eye out for on FB Marketplace? Thanks!
