I live in San Antonio, Texas, and will be a freshman majoring in Political Science at UTSA. I am considering switching my major to Government, but only because UT Austin offers Government rather than Political Science. I am looking for advice on where to apply for internships in New York City that will cover most, if not all, of my expenses. My dad always told me about when he first moved to this country at 23, and I have always imagined living in NYC like 20 million other people—I just need it. Also, would it be possible to apply to become Mamdani’s intern? Because that would be sick! Thank you for reading this, and if you have any advice or places where I could apply, please let me know!
