Hi, I recently got a email from Uline saying I had applied couple months ago but did not attend the hiring event and if I was still interested they would set up an interview with me again. I was being honest and stated I’m interested but I was afraid I’m under qualified for the job since I had heard many stories of people not being hired there despite being over qualified. They emailed me back and said they’re interested in interviewing me based on my experience I listed. Could any insiders who work at Uline help me on what kind of worker they’re looking for. I’ve heard a lot of mixed reviews on who gets hired vs who does not. Thank you !
