I've been running for 4 years, but not regularly. I've made progress and can now run up to 7km sometimes. But the sessions are very irregular. Sometimes my calves hurt and I can't run more than 2km. It's the feeling of having soreness. Does this happen to anyone else? How can I make the pain go away?
