Let me preface this by saying this, I recently moved to Fl and havent found a doctor to go to. I am open with my boss about my fibromyalgia and he is very understanding; however, I have had the worst 2 days I can hardly get out of bed. If I call out again tomorrow they are going to require a doctor's note? Has anyone used teledoc for a work note for a fibro flare up?

1. I dont drive when having a flare up. I cant even get out of bed. So it definitely isnt safe to drive.

2. I cant find a doctor in my area that can take me (a new patient) on such short notice.
