Yay! CLI on student credit card
Just wanted to share this win. I opened my first credit card on October 6th, 2025. I currently have 9 months of credit history and a FICO score of 725. At first, I was super worried about utilization and that it would damage my score so I would pay down the balance before my statement closed (micromanaging). But after reading what many of you here had to say that probably wasn’t the best decision. Nonetheless, Discover approved my CLI request today.
